On the 1st of February 2022, the Property Practitioners Act and Regulations came into effect… the property sector is changing legislatively!
This means the EAAB is disbanded, almost all agreements and marketing material used by property professionals will require updating, and the industries regulatory compliance requirements have been enhanced.
